Configure languages and customize all messages for your chatbot to provide a multilingual experience aligned with your brand communication. Adapt welcome messages and default responses for each supported language.

Main Language​

Default Language Selection​

Choose the language that will be used by default in interactions with users:

  • Portuguese (BR): Portuguese from Brazil
  • Portuguese (PT): Portuguese from Portugal
  • English: English
  • Spanish (AR): Spanish from Argentina
  • Spanish (ES): Spanish from Spain

Message Customization​

Configurable Messages​

Customize each message displayed by the chatbot to create a unique experience:

Welcome Message - (Displayed only in Bubble mode)​

  • Function: First message the user sees when opening the chat
  • Example: "Hello! πŸ‘‹ How can I help you today?"
  • Tip: Be welcoming and straight to the point

Text Field Placeholder​

  • Function: Example text in the typing box
  • Example: "Tell me what you're looking for and I'll help you."
  • Usage: Guides the user on where to type

Example Questions - (Displayed only in Bubble mode)​

Configure questions that appear as suggestions:

  • Function: Guide the user on what to ask
  • Examples:
    • "How does the product work?"
    • "What are the prices?"
    • "How can I get in touch?"
  • Benefit: Reduces initial interaction barrier

Automatic Translation​

Apply Changes to All Languages​

β˜‘οΈ Enabled: Automatically translates changes to all configured languages
❌ Disabled: Changes applied only to current language

How It Works​

  1. Make the change in the main language
  2. Check the automatic translation option
  3. Click SAVE
  4. βœ… System automatically translates to all active languages
When to Use Automatic Translation

Ideal for simple and direct messages. For messages with brand-specific language or cultural expressions, we recommend manually reviewing each language.

Recommended Review

Although automatic translation is convenient, always review translations to ensure tone and context are appropriate in each language.
