Notifyme (WhatsApp Business)​

The Notifyme integration allows you to use WiseMind's chatbot for WhatsApp Business support, providing an automated and efficient support experience directly in your customers' favorite messaging app.

How to Activate the Integration​

WhatsApp Business integration requires a business validation step. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Integrations page and locate the Notifyme card.
  2. Click the Get to know Notifyme button.
  3. Important: To effectively use WiseMind on WhatsApp Business, it is mandatory to contact the Notifyme or WiseMind team. Our team will guide you through the line approval and setup process.
